This is the questionnaire for the Branding Service. It includes identifying brand strategy + creative brand assets (logo, color palette, typography, and brand guidelines).

There are 3 revisions given in this project. In the event that an additional revision is requested, it will be an additional $200 and due before the next revision can begin.

The project is estimated to take 6-7 weeks.
